• Creator, Judy Welden,  first thought of this new creation 12 years ago when, realizing she couldn't wear bandanas (kept slipping off her head), wondered why no one had invented one with a headband. In May 2004, she decided to come up with one herself, applied for a patent, and has been adding new features and styles ever since!
